- Pricing and Modifications: Prices for our products (including custom furniture and design services) are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service or product without notice at any time.
- Custom Orders: All custom-made products (as featured in your design services and gallery) require a non-refundable deposit to initiate production. Once production begins, custom orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded (refer to our detailed Refund Policy).
- Product Accuracy: We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display of any color will be accurate. Dimensions provided are approximate.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
- Site Content Ownership: All content published and made available on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images (particularly those in the "Interior Inspirations Gallery" and "Signature Creations"), designs, and the arrangement thereof, is the property of Morpheus Interiors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
- Client Designs: Any custom design work created by Morpheus Interiors for a client remains the intellectual property of Morpheus Interiors until the final payment is made and a separate design transfer agreement (if applicable) is executed.
- Prohibited Use: You may not copy, reproduce, or use any design, photograph, or material from the Site without express written permission from Morpheus Interiors.
4. User Accounts and Information Accuracy
- Account Responsibility: If you create an account or use our contact forms, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.
- Billing and Contact Information: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and contact information for all inquiries and purchases made. You agree to promptly update your information so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
5. Limitation of Liability
- Morpheus Interiors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or the inability to use our products or services.
- We do not guarantee that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
